What is Aereo TV and Will Aereo Prevail in the Battle With Broadcasters?

Craig Delsack, New York media and technology attorney, was interviewed on May 1, 2013 by Karina Huber in a CCTV television report about the new player in the television distribution business — Aereo TV. The low cost internet TV provider offers its over-the-air television and DVR services in Manhattan (and soon to be other cities) for a very low cost, but broadcasters are fighting back.
