CNBC was provided with the Trump University course materials and asked Craig Delsack to review them from a real estate expert perspective. The materials — or lack thereof — were unbelievable. Trump University students say they were scammed. Students may also have been advised to commit potentially illegal actions. A detailed review of the Trump University course materials by CNBC, myself and other legal experts shows that written advice to students, who paid upward of $36,000 to attend, could have advised students to violate various state real estate laws and federal and state investor laws.
